Ecommerce Marketing Growth Manager

About the role

As an Ecommerce Marketing Growth Manager at Doo Digital, you own the growth of a portfolio of ecommerce clients. You sit between the client and our specialist teams - performance marketing, design, tech and SEO - turning each client’s commercial goals into a clear plan of action, then coordinating the right people to deliver it.

This is a coordination and strategy role, not a delivery one. The execution is done by our specialist teams; your job is to understand each discipline well enough to brief it, direct it, judge the quality of the work, and keep everything pointing at one thing - the client’s growth. You’re also the face of Doo Digital to your clients: leading meetings, presenting results, and building the trust that grows accounts.
