eCommerce Program Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated eCommerce Program Manager to join our eCommerce team. The eCommerce Program Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of eCommerce initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure eCommerce work is clearly defined, execution-ready, and delivered in a coordinated way. This individual is an experienced eCommerce professional who applies practical program and project coordination skills to support eCommerce launches, enhancements, and campaigns.

This full‑time position operates in a hybrid model and reports to our Ottawa office at least 3‑4 days a week.

Target compensation is between CAD 110,000 and CAD 140,000, subject to internal equity and years of experience.
