Description
This role will work closely alongside the Education Manager to ensure consistency in service and to drive productivity and retail sales in all counters across the region for the cluster of brands. The position prepares, provides, and facilitates classroom seminars, in⁃store workshop and develops digital education contents. The role will also be required to collaborate cohesively with the Area Sales Operations Director and Sales & Education Executives (SEE's) to ensure brand standards are met and retail KPI's are achieved.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Education Coaching:
Plan and execute seasonal seminars and all field programs according to market strategy in order to ensure field sales team (beauty advisors and generic staff) are confident to achieve desired result.
Facilitation of core education programs provided by the brand.
Identify relevant education opportunities and feedback to Education Manager through regular reporting....
