As the first Education Lead at Gumloop, you will lead the development and delivery of live and asynchronous educational experiences for users, guiding them from onboarding to sharing AI agents.

• Own Gumloop’s live educational program—including cohorts, webinars, and workshops—from curriculum design to delivery.
• Build and maintain async content that supports learners between live sessions: written guides, video walkthroughs, and templates.
• Develop learning paths for different user segments (beginners, power users, enterprise teams) and functions (Gumloop for marketing, for sales, for operations, etc.).
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community to align education with launches and feature releases.
