Education Operations Associate

Scope: 500 Global is seeking an Education Operations Associate to support our VC training programs around the world, with a specific focus on programs in the Bay Area. This is a highly organized, relationship-driven role for someone passionate about venture capital and global startup ecosystems. The associate will be the face of 500 Globals Education Team to applicants, participants, and key stakeholders, supporting the full lifecycle of in-person and online programs across planning, execution, and communications. Essential Functions: Support end-to-end execution of assigned programs, from marketing and outreach through venue setup and stakeholder coordination. Build and manage relationships with prospective participants, providing outstanding customer service and converting inquiries into enrollments.
