Job Duties Job Duties 1. Prepare and deliver lessons, lectures, and demonstrations for educational purposes to students and/or staff as may be required.2. Evaluate and record student progress with the use of assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines.
3. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs through the use of appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.
4. Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
5. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment and feedback to students on the required learning platform (BrightSpace)
6. Respond to curriculum/course demands and make necessary adjustments according to learner needs such as adult learning principles.
7. Maintain and update curriculum materials.
