EHCP Coordinator

💷 £ per hour (Inside IR35)


📅 3 month contract (initial)


📍 Hybrid – 1-2 days a week onsite, Greater London area


We are seeking an experienced EHCP Coordinator to join a busy SEND service within a local authority. This role will focus on Preparing for Adulthood (PfA), ensuring young people with SEND aged 14-25 receive the right assessments, support, and provision through high-quality Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined caseload of EHCPs, coordinating the full statutory process from assessment through to final plans.

  • Liaise with families, schools, colleges, health and social care providers, ensuring effective multi-agency working.

  • Lead and monitor Annual Reviews, ensuring plans remain up to date and provision is delivered.
