Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EHS Coordinator to lead and optimize EHS programs and enhance our Environmental, Health and Safety Initiatives. This role will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across the site.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve training processes, record-keeping systems, and employee development frameworks. Implement best practices in ergonomics, hygiene sampling, and job hazard analysis.
- Training: Ensure employees are trained and new hires receive introductory and follow-up training.
- Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with EHS and Quality standards, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. Serve as the lead for ISO 14001 audits, ensuring system integrity and audit readiness.
