Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an EH&S Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Director, EH&S the EH&S Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and execution of Environmental, Health & Safety programs across office and manufacturing environments. This role ensures full compliance with corporation, federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture.
What a typical day looks like:
Lead the execution of EH&S programs across manufacturing sites and offices, ensuring performance in cost, efficiency, and compliance.
Develop and manage EH&S budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
Drive compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA standards; lead internal and external audits as a Certified Lead Auditor.
