As a EHS Specialist, you will be part of the Environmental, Health, and Safety department supporting the R&D community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** EHS Specialist
**Location:** Maplewood, MN 55144 (100% Onsite, M-F, Standard Working Hours)
**Pay Rate:** $25.46/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 12-Months W2 Contract, potential to extend
**Job Functions:**
+ Serve as the primary EHS contact for assigned divisions within the 3M Center R&D community
+ Lead EHS risk assessments, coordinating with subject matter experts as needed
+ Act as Hazardous Waste Coordinator, including updating waste stream profiles for new materials
