Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the Regional Safety Director. This role will engage with supervisors and employees across a wide range of activities to implement and uphold ADM’s Health and Safety principles, ensuring compliance with local regulations. The position requires a strong skill set in injury prevention and regulatory compliance through program development, training, audits, and expert support to the Plant Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with the Plant Manager and Regional EHS Director to effectively develop and implement company HSE policies, practices, and procedures.
Organize orientation and other EHS-related training programs.
Manage EHS documentation and records, including MSDS, chemical lists, occupational health files, etc.
