Job Description Summary
As a Facilities Management Intern, you will support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations and maintenance. This internship offers exposure to facility processes, compliance requirements, vendor coordination, and customer service in a real estate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager/Executive in overseeing daily site operations
- Support the delivery of maintenance services at a designated client site
- Help respond to service-related issues and elevate building faults where necessary
- Assist in coordinating and supervising contractors on routine and ad-hoc works
- Participate in site inspections and contribute to preventive maintenance planning
- Assist with sourcing quotations and following up on repair and replacement works
