Insight Global is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a leading Energy company located in Houston, TX. The person in this role will join a team of four, responsible for supporting US national code compliance across various cross-functional Data Center specific product development engineering teams. This role involves ensuring adherence to standards such as NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, and UL. The Electrical Engineer will undertake engineering design, calculations, and sizing for electrical equipment including switchgears, circuit breakers, ATS, UPS, transformers, generators, MCC, distribution panels, switch racks, grounding systems, and electrical heat tracing.
