Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a London County Council on a long-term (ongoing) contract basis.

This is a hybrid role, involving work from home, visits to sites, and time spent at the council’s offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and inspections

Prepare detailed reports and technical documentation

Design and review electrical systems for a range of building types, including: Office buildings
Listed and heritage properties
Leisure centres and libraries
Residential developments 
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills – confident writing reports and leading meetings

Proven experience in electrical design, specification writing, and contractor management

In-depth understanding of Building Regulations and relevant standards
