Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain mechanical systems, components and equipment for commercial, industrial or construction projects.
- Produce detailed engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation using CAD software.
- Carry out calculations, simulations and performance analysis to ensure systems meet operational requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, electrical engineers and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare mechanical designs in line with relevant UK building regulations, industry standards and health & safety legislation.
