- Create and design technical building Electrical materials for submissions, encompassing concept, schematic, detail design stages, as well as authority submissions and approvals.
- Foster collaboration with multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) both internally and externally to incorporate diverse ideas and inputs from the initial concept stage.
- Comply with authority design regulations/guidelines and secure necessary approvals, engaging in dialogs and meetings with authorities as required.
