**Description:**
You will be the Electrical Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Electrical Systems team which is responsible for delivering integrated electrical power, cockpit equipment, and lighting solutions supporting the IFG and ADP lines of business.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electrical Engineering Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing engineering group to deliver cost‑effective, schedule‑driven, and technically sound Electrical Systems solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead cost, schedule, and technical execution of existing Electrical Systems development efforts.
+ Provide day‑to‑day leadership for a 12‑15 engineer team, coordinating production and sustainment support.
+ Drive design reviews, engineering releases, and other technical assessments.
