Why This Role Matters
To supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and installation activities within the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), ensuring safe execution of work, high equipment availability, and compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.
What You’ll Drive
Supervise and allocate daily electrical maintenance tasks to technicians, ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently.
Lead preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for motors, pumps, MCCs, substations, lighting systems, and control panels.
Open, assign, and close work orders in the CMMS, allocating technicians and confirming job completion in accordance with site procedures
Troubleshoot electrical faults independently and provide technical guidance to technicians during complex maintenance activities.
