We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson to join our maintenance team working at a prestigious central government building in Westminster. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The role:
Reporting to the M&E Supervisor

To maintain all buildings and plant to the required levels as set out by management

Carry out a range of building service tasks, mainly electrical and mechanical planned and reactive works

To ensure prompt and accurate completion of associated paperwork, recording recommendations and/or material requirements accordingly
