Electrical & Motion Control Manager

Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams, providing both people and technical leadership. Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture for semiconductor equipment. Guidemotion control modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications. Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and controlboards. Support new product development from concept, design, prototype, Alpha/Beta testing through product release. Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and schedule targets. Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Review and approve key technical designs and resolve complex technical issues. Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing,Applications, QA).
