Electrical QA Technician: Switchboard Inspection & Testing

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsibleElectrical Quality Assurance (QA) Technician forinspecting, testing, and verifying that electrical switchboards, panels, and associated components meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements before they are shipped to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Process Inspection: Perform inspections during the assembly of the switchboard, verifying proper installation of components, wiring, and adherence to electrical schematics.
• Final Inspection and Testing (FAT): Conduct final, detailed visual inspections, functional tests (e.g., operational checks of breakers, lights, and meters), and dielectric strength (high-pot, Mega, PI, SI, Injection Test) testing to ensure the switchboard is ready for service.
