Proven experience in critical risk systems, operational safety, commissioning, shutdowns, maintainability reviews, and incident/root cause investigations for mining operations. Experience performing safety audits, operational readiness reviews, and evaluating maintenance access/intervention risks. Must be capable of independently identifying safety-critical design weaknesses and maintainability constraints in mining plants designs.
