Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate electrical teams on commercial projects
- Ensure company H&S standards are implemented and upheld on site including completing and administering all RAMS, TBT's, Weekly Returns and any other documentation in line with company policies.
- Plan and manage daily site activities, labour, and resources
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Enforce site health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, contractors, and other trades
