Trade Test: Electrician or Millwright (NQF 5) Experience Minimum Up to 3 years of technical and electrical maintenance experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing environment Computer literacy (Basic MS Office, SAP, ERP systems, and other job-specific software) Knowledge of relevant maintenance practices, designs, methodologies, and SOPs Understanding of housekeeping and safety principles Key Performance Areas and Indicators Diagnoses root cause of equipment failure and executes a plan to rectify failure through timely repairs. Minimizes equipment downtime and damage by repairing faults as quickly as possible. Ensures optimal equipment operation by applying relevant technical and engineering standards, and obtaining manufacturing process approval.
