Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Perform preventative and reactive electrical maintenance Diagnose and repair electrical faults Install and maintain electrical wiring and distribution boards Maintain lighting, power outlets and electrical infrastructure Maintain generators, UPS systems and backup power Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns Compliance & Electrical Testing Conduct inspections and electrical testing Issue Electrical Certificates of Compliance (COCs) Ensure compliance with South African electrical regulations Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records Monitor electrical safety standards across all properties Building Maintenance Support general building maintenance where required Conduct routine inspections across multiple buildings Coordinate with contractors and external service providers Maintain company tools, testing equipment and vehicles Ensure uninterrupted building operations Health & Safety Comply with Occupational Health & Safety legisl...
