Electrician

Our client is seeking a qualified Electrician for a well-established electrical company based in Stellenbosch. Construction & Residential experience beneficial. Responsibilities Assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment. Installation of electrical boxes, DB Boards, other enclosures, conduits (pipes, tubing, trunking), ground leads and connecting of power to different equipment/machinery. Wiring of circuit breakers, transformers and electrical equipment. Performing maintenance and identifying maintenance requirements on electrical equipment. Fault finding. Ensuring that preventative maintenance is executed according to schedule. Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Performing ad-hoc duties. Reading and understanding electrical drawings. Commercial and industrial electrical installation services (three-phase and single-phase). Power continuity.
