**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of E3 technical tasks across EMI, EMC, ESD, and Spectrum Management while leading a team of 10‑15 engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Direct technical delivery and quality assurance for E3 tasks per program SOW.
+ Lead cross‑functional collaboration with customers, program and technical leadership.
+ Guide design, implementation, test, verification, reporting, and scheduling activities.
+ Mentor and develop engineering talent to ensure high‑performing outcomes.
+ Manage risk, schedule, and resource allocation for the E3 portfolio.
