JOB DESCRIPTION ESROE has vacancies in a small company of experts working in the area of Electronic Warfare, specifically in Electronic Surveillance Measures (ESM) and Radar Identification. 
The successful applicant(s) will be involved in the development of ESROE’s MicroESM system(s) and associated software applications. The roles are varied and can be biased towards hardware or software development tasks depending on skills and experience. 
Hardware tasks require general electronic engineering skills and firm radio frequency (RF) engineering knowledge or experience. Work may include bench and field testing of the current product, the development of test signal generation and test environments, plus analysis of the results achieved. Tasks may also involve work to support new ESM receiver products.
