Job Description
We are seeking skilled Technical Specialists to serve as 'floaters' capable of covering various 'production associate' roles including assembly, testing, and polishing. These individuals will also conduct working interviews and assess where additional training is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a 'floater' in various production roles such as assembly, testing, and polishing.
- Conduct working interviews and assess training needs for new hires.
- Perform soldering, assembly, and work with microscopes and other minute aspects of the job.
Essential Skills
- Technician diploma is required, with a technologist or engineer level being ideal.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in electronic manufacturing.
- Proficiency in assembly, troubleshooting, electronic assembly, and electronic testing.
