Main responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the Nations Learning Ecosystem. Differentiate instruction using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to support diverse learners. Implement, document, and continuously improve curriculum units using the Understanding by Design (UbD) framework and Toddle platform. Assess student learning through diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, using data to inform instruction and provide meaningful feedback. Foster a safe, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment that promotes agency, belonging, and academic growth.
