Continuous recruitment for multiple full-time positions for general classroom support, 1:1 assignments and special education program classes. (Grades K-5).
10 months per year. Follows the student calendar

Job Qualifications
Must be eligible to apply for NYS Teaching Assistant certification.
In this job as a Paraprofessional, you may be required to complete the following tasks:
+ Lift, carry, pull up to 60 lbs.
+ Be outdoors for up to an hour year around in potentially inclement weather
+ Be on your feet and supervising consistently for up to an hour
+ Be able to run and keep up with a child
+ With training, operate a copier and complete classroom cutting and clerical tasks
+ Speak and communicate clearly with children
+ Be able to sit and get up from the floor or low seated position.
