Job Title: ELV Engineer
Job Purpose:
Manage and maintain all ELV systems to ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulations, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Security, BMS, Lighting Control, FM200, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, QCD, MOI-SSD, and other standards
- Manage AMC/non-AMC contractors and maintenance activities (PPM & CM)
- Coordinate work permits (PTW) and ensure timely task completion via CMMS
- Prepare for and support government inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
- 3–5 years of ELV experience
- Knowledge of NFPA standards and ELV systems
- Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in English
