ELV Estimation Engineer

The ELV Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical-commercial proposals for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The role involves reviewing tender documents, coordinating with vendors and engineering teams, and supporting bid submissions to ensure competitive and compliant ELV solutions. Estimation & Costing Prepare detailed cost estimates for ELV systems including: Structured Cabling (Data & Voice) CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems Access Control & Time Attendance Intrusion Detection Systems Public Address & Voice Alarm (PA/VA) IPTV, SMATV, MATV Intercom, Parking Management, and BMS interfaces Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and tender documents. Prepare pricing for materials, labor, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
