Embedded Security Manager - México City

The Embedded Security Manager is responsible for delivering full time, on site corporate security support for Mexico Corporate Operations, primarily in Mexico City and Guadalajara.This role ensures the protection of employees, facilities, and operations by overseeing daily security functions, coordinating incident response, evaluating risks, and engaging directly with internal stakeholders and external partners.Main ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations- Manage daily security operations across the Mexico corporate portfolio, including access control, turnstiles, lobby procedures, and alignment with building administration.
- Oversee guard force operations (without direct management authority), including coordination with the primary vendor, handling rotations, staffing needs, and performance gaps.
