Position : Manager- Expansion Purpose: Support business expansion by identifying and evaluating new locations through market research and feasibility analysis, while tracking market trends and managing property data to enable informed decision-making. Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of site acquisition. Roles & Responsibilities: Support Expansion Efforts: Assist in identifying potential locations for new centers by conducting basic market analysis and mapping local opportunities. Track Market Trends: Monitor rental trends, competitor activity, and key economic developments in target micro-markets to support strategic recommendations.
