For major multinational, Ecosystems are currently seeking a Business Analyst, with availability to work in Capital Federal. The Manufacturing IT organization is looking for a high potential individual interested in an entry level position as a Business Analyst for the Field System team. This is an internally filled position.

The team focuses on providing the tools used to collect and analyze information from within Monsanto’s growing fields. A combination of handheld technology and web tools are leveraged to provide a set of systems that are used across the globe.

The Company’s seed manufacturing business is complex; therefore candidates must have strong analytical experience and be able to quickly learn new business processes in order to be successful in this role.

In addition, the team has implemented new software development processes which results in more formal requirements gathering/documenting, release planning, and change control.
