Employee Relations & Labor Relations Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Employee Relations & Labor Relations Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in managing employee and labor relations across our operations. You will oversee complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with labor laws, and act as a trusted advisor to managers in both unionized and non‑unionized environments.

In this position, you’ll work closely with local and international HR teams, supporting activities primarily in Mexico, while also contributing to initiatives in the USA and Brazil.
