Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations matters, HR policies, and employee concerns

Manage complex ER cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution

Partner with managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to address sensitive employee matters while balancing business and employee needs
