Job Purpose

The Employee Relations Department manages workplace relationships, ensuring a positive and fair environment for all employees. The team focuses on resolving conflicts, promoting communication, and maintaining compliance with labour laws and company policies.

As an Employee Relations Partner, your role is to provide high quality, timely, accurate professional advice, support and coaching to employees and managers. Assess and resolve complex employee relations matters, partnering with leaders to drive a fair and consistent approach to the organisation’s policies and procedures to minimise risk whilst promoting a positive employee culture across the business and protecting the employment brand.
