Employee Relations Specialist

Job Type: Full-time or part time (minimum 30 hours per week)

Salary: Starting from £55,000 (depending on experience)

Location: This is a hybrid role where you’ll be mainly home-based, with regular travel for client and internal meetings. This includes travel to a client site in East Sussex (Haywards Heath/Lewes area), approximately two days per week.
