- Manage the documentation and tracking of employee relations cases, including performance issues and disciplinary actions.
- Draft corrective action documents such as verbal and written warnings, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Track employee probationary periods and related documentation.
- Support the HRBP Manager in resolving employee conflicts and conducting investigations.
- Escalate complex or sensitive employee relations issues to the HRBP Manager.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support in the administration and interpretation of HR policies related to areas like leave of absence, remote work arrangements, and employee handbooks.
