What will you be doing?

As our Employer Engagement Consultant, you will work across multiple sites to build and maintain strong relationships with local employers across various industries, establishing partnerships that lead to meaningful employment opportunities.

Responsibilities and duties in this role will include:

• Identify and secure opportunities with local employers
• Collaborate with our employment mentors to match participants to roles
• Support both employers and candidates to ensure sustainable employment is achieved.
