Employer Relations Officer (Contract)

Support the Development of Future CPA’s 

(full-time, contract – 12 months)

CPA Ontario is seeking an Employer Relations Officer who will be responsible for evaluating all experience reports submitted by students through the profession’s online Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT). TheOfficer will partner with organizations to support and existing pre-approved programs, be responsible for a portfolio of employers training CPA students, plan and execute projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reviewing CPA students’ practical experience reports in PERT against a set framework, providing clear assessment feedback.

Conducting advisement sessions with students, clarifying requirements and next steps.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers to support a positive training experience for students and employers and resolving any issues.
