Cintas is seeking Employment Practices Counsel to provide in-house legal services to the company with particular emphasis on labor and employment practices. More specifically, the Employment Practices Counsel helps the corporate office manage employment matters and achieve appropriate resolution in a cost-effective and efficient manner. This position provides leadership and consultation to location management on the development of positive employment practices and consistent execution of corporate policies.
