£60,000-£70,000 DOE dynamic employment law team is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its Leeds office. This is a varied and fast-paced role advising a broad range of clients on employment law matters, combining both advisory work and tribunal advocacy. You will handle a busy and diverse caseload, working across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with early client contact and real responsibility from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality employment law advice to clients in person, by telephone, and in writing
• Manage a tribunal caseload and conduct hearings, including preliminary hearings and CMDs
• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and provide practical, solution-focused advice
