Overall Job Responsibility
The Service Development (Disability Support and Services) Division is reviewing and enhancing the continuum of services to better support adult persons with disabilities and their caregivers. The Assistant Director, Enabled Living Programme role oversees the service planning, development and implementation of the community living initiatives for adults with disabilities which are being piloted. This includes the Enabled Living Programme (ELP) and Home Support Programme (HSP) which aim to empower adults with disabilities to live independently in the community for as long as possible.
