AW Server is a leading visualization platform used by radiologists for 2D–3D advanced visualization, clinical collaboration, and medical image review. The team partners closely with Service, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Software Developers to troubleshoot global production environments and deliver a first class customer experience.
This is a hands‑on, software‑focused support engineering role. The position sits between L3 Technical Support and Software Engineering, with a strong emphasis on Linux‑based troubleshooting, automation, and GenAI‑powered support tooling.
