Nurse Practitioner (Diabetes Specialist / Health Coach) - San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Part-Time (20-24 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical expertise in diabetes management to join our healthcare team on a flexible, part-time basis. If you are passionate about helping patients manage diabetes and improve their overall well-being, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient education on diabetes management, including nutrition, glucose monitoring, and medication adherence.
