- Patient Population: Adult Endocrine & Diabetes patients
- Setting: Primarily Outpatient
- Responsibilities: Diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of diabetes and endocrine/metabolic disorders; outpatient clinic care with limited inpatient call coverage; collaboration with multidisciplinary team
- Required Procedures: Insulin pump/sensor management, CGM interpretation, endocrine diagnostics and treatment
- EMR System:
- Support Staff: Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, Certified Diabetes Educators
- Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: 1:10 call with additional inpatient co...
