Enerforge | HR Coordinator (Oshawa)

EnerFORGE is part of Oshawa Power Group of Companies. We are looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR initiatives.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $29.70 per hour to $39.78 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. The role is part-time and will not exceed twenty-four (24) hours per week.

As the successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to be involved with:

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Providing backup support for payroll.
• Providing guidance to employees to address labour-related concerns, grievances, and disputes.
